Mondays (holidays may vary)
6:00 am - EASY RECOVERY RIDE (Slow) 35 km loop (Donut Ride)
Meet at Six Ways, outside the Milk Bar.
Tuesdays
6:00 am - WARM-UP RIDE (Medium) 35 km loop (Donut Ride)
Meet at Six Ways, outside the Milk Bar.
Wednesdays
6:00 am - RAMP-UP RIDE (Brisk) 35 km loop (Donut Ride)
Meet at Six Ways, outside the Milk Bar.
Thursdays
6:00 am - FAST THURSDAY RIDE (Fast) 35 km loop (Donut Ride)
Meet at Six Ways, outside the Milk Bar.
Fridays
6:00 am - EASY RECOVERY RIDE (Slow) 35 km loop (Donut Ride)
Meet at Six Ways, outside the Milk Bar.
Saturdays
7:00 am - RAMP-UP RIDE (Brisk) 50 km loop (Baguette Ride) or 72 km loop (Buns of Steel Ride)
Meet at Six Ways, outside the Milk Bar.
Sundays
7:00 am - SHAKE-UP RIDE (Medium) 70 km loop (Sunday Panache Peloton)
Meet at Six Ways, outside the Milk Bar.
Some of our members race with the Geelong Vets on Sundays.
NB - Some of the riders think every day is a Thursday (Motto - any day ending in Y is a fast day!). Smart riders know that it's best to let them do their own thing and stick to the schedule.
